Richard Bandler - The Bandler Effect - dvd 3of5 - Motivation

Bandler: to me, the magic word is soften, because if you soften things, if you soften the tonality in your head, if you soften the worries and you begin to look at the opportunities, you go uuuuu, and you start to talk to yourself in that determined voice and, tell yourself that this time you'll going to be determined to see how you can enjoy this then it will begin to become focused (...) remember slow down your internal dialog, soften your tone of voice, soften the way you feel and then remember to get that good feeling
Bandler: the difference is to be able to take them from the state of consciousness they use to motivate themselves to an altered state which is one where they are more drowned toward things rather than moving away from stress. If you have to build enough stress to get ready to do things is always going to become more difficult than if you build a propulsion system where you set things up the things you want to do and you go and do them and the closer you get the better you feel
